What are wood cut and engraving files?

The short answer

These are digital design files for makers who own the machine. Instead of shipping a finished sign, we ship the vector and raster files that drive a laser cutter, CNC router, or Cricut, so you can cut the piece yourself in whatever wood, size, and finish you want. Love & Love YAH designs each one in-house, makes it to order, and donates 10% of every purchase to a Christian ministry, mission, charity or non-profit.

Every file is delivered as a bundle rather than a single format, so it opens in whatever software your machine expects without a conversion step that breaks the paths.

  • PDF — printable at scale for scroll saw and hand tracing.

What file formats do I get?

SVG, DXF, PDF, and a 300dpi PNG in every bundle, so the design opens in Lightburn, Cricut Design Space, Fusion 360, or Illustrator.

Will these work with my laser or CNC?

If your software imports SVG or DXF, yes. That covers Glowforge, xTool, Ortur, Shapeoko, and most hobby CNC setups.

Can I sell what I make from these files?

Yes. A commercial license is included. You may sell finished physical pieces. You may not resell or redistribute the digital file itself.

Are the files resizable?

The SVG and DXF are vector, so they scale to any size without quality loss. The PNG is fixed at 300dpi.

Is anything physical shipped?

No. These are instant digital downloads, available immediately after purchase.

Can I get a refund on a digital file?

Digital goods cannot be returned once downloaded. Check the format list against your machine before buying, and contact us if a file will not open.
